"I have been with state farm for over thirty years. Our agent could try to be more transparent and has failed to answer our emails and text message. There should always be room for improvement. This review is protected by the consumer review fairness act. It was not intended to make anyone look bad.Just bring to their attention, and it is an honest review."

As we discussed, I can't just negotiate a price down with State Farm and "work harder for you" like that. I reviewed why that is not done at State Farm, your rate is based off of you and your household driving history and other factors.
