"I spoke with Angela about a tow charge that occurred out of state on a rental vehicle, that unfortunately for me I didn't purchase the insurance offered by the rental car company. Long story short we thought the charge would not be covered. Even though it was much more than I wanted to pay for a tow, we had no choice after a very bad blow out on the highway.
